The Morris Animal Foundation is a non-profit foundation funding humane animal health studies that advance veterinary medicine.
For over fifty years, this foundation has funded veterinary research of dog, cat, horse, mountain gorilla and wildlife health. One of the Foundation’s programs, located in the jungles of Rwanda, provides medical care to endangered mountain gorillas in their natural habitat (the website provides updated reports from the field).
